Need advise if anyone encounter hole-in-the-head on parrot and King kong parrot.Had been treating the parrot fish with medication for nearly 2 month. did not notice the hole getting bigger nor notice if the hole patch back.

Treat your water first. Hole in the head is caused by parasites. Very common especially for cichlids with kok head like blood parrot, king kong, FH, etc.
